HOT, HOT, HOT!

We are trying to stay cool in the 110 degree weather and that is not always easy to do! We found a great little sprinkler park in Boulder City. There is hardly anyone ever there. The boys were not all that excited to go, but once they got there they did not want to leave. Ava and Sami,(it's Sami not Samantha we have been informed) had such a blast. The kids are so funny to watch when they play together and try to formulate plans to get mom and dad as soaked as they are!

New York!!

I just got back from a week in New York City with my mom, my sister and my sister in law. We had so much fun. We were able to see the Broadway show Wicked, (which was phenomenal!), the Statue of Liberty, Chinatown, Little Italy (one of my favorite places), Ground Zero, Central Park and of course shopping! Nicole and I even woke up at 5am and went to the Today show. We actually got on t.v.! I was glad that Nicole was there, between my moms bad knees and Stephanie getting a cold, we ended up doing quite a bit together. A special thank you to my fabulous brother and sister in law, Tom and Darby!! The were able to pitch in at the last minute and they offered to come down to Las Vegas and tend my kids. I told them that I owed them my first born son, but Austin was reluctant to move in with them! It was great to be able to spend some time together with just the girls before Steph gets married!
